Raffi is a chef with all his heart and soul. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of Italian Cucina.
Raffi is one of the people who had worked his way up the complex and traditional way, starting as a dishwasher and watching the best leaders in the Italian Chicago Restaurant market. All his experience and passion for Italian cooking led him to a vision to create a local hang-out spot that will serve fresh, delicious Italian food in a rustic, cozy interior, all wrapped up with excellent service that will treat you as if you were a part of the family. Raffi's Locale is a dream that finally came true.
